Nunley Award History
The annual Joe Nunley Distinguished Veteran Award honors veterans who exemplify the β91΄σΙρ Spirit of Serviceβ through their extraordinary character and distinguished service in the Middle Tennessee community. This award celebrates the career of Dr. Joe Nunley, a World War II US Army veteran, an 91΄σΙρ alum, professor, historian, and former 91΄σΙρ Director of Alumni Affairs.
