We carry name-brand gear you need to paddle, camp, backpack, fish, and bike. Staff can offer advice, give personal tips and tricks, and you can even schedule an appointment with full-time staff to help plan your personal excursion while renting MTOP gear. Rental Request Form
Submit this form to聽REQUEST聽an outdoor equipment rental reservation. Once your request is received, our staff will check the availability of the equipment and email you a confirmation of your rental, a denial of your rental request, or any additional questions.聽
Our supply is limited; rentals are聽limited to 2 like items聽per renter
The equipment rented is to be used by the individual(s) who make the reservation, and the聽renter is financially responsible聽for all equipment in their possession
Reservation Process:
Gear is rented on a first-come, first-serve basis, and although we have a large inventory and walk-up rentals are allowed, we encourage you to make advanced reservations to guarantee the gear you need. You can make reservations in person or over the phone and through the rental request form. The Rental Center phone number is 615-898-8335
Requests submitted through the request form must be submitted聽at least one day prior聽to requested pick-up date
If you pay in advance, we will have items ready for pickup on the first day of the rental, saving you time as it takes a little while to put things together
Failure to communicate a cancellation or to show up to rent equipment may result in loss of access to rental equipment
Reservations canceled 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, but reservations canceled within 24 hours will not be refunded
Equipment returned late is聽charged at聽twice the daily rate for every day the equipment is late
Equipment is available to anyone in the 91大神 community as well as the public
Rental Rate Periods:
Daily: one 24 hour period (available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)
We are closed on Wednesdays, so the daily rate will be granted on a Tuesday-Thursday time period
Weekend: pickup on Friday and return Monday (during business hours)

Below is a list of most of our replacement fees but it is not exhaustive. Pricing may vary as products and service prices change, and we will work on getting the lowest price possible for any lost or damaged gear that occurs during you rental. We encourage you to take care of the equipment as if it were your own. Outdoor recreation equipment can be very expensive, but we like to have high quality gear to offer the best customer experience, so treat it well. Thank you!
