True Blue Fusion training is designed to give every 91΄σΙρ faculty and staff member the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in Oracle Cloud. Training covers Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM system functionality, the new Chart of Accounts, business process design and role-specific transactions, and HR and financial reporting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Training is not a one-time event. True Blue Fusion learning is designed to occur in phases \u2014 early awareness and exposure now, role-based training in late 2026 through January 2027, and ongoing support and on-demand guidance post-go-live. Support will be available before, during, and after go-live \u2014 no one is expected to know everything at once. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
End user training has been designed to roll out in waves to users across campus, with a dedicated registration period for each wave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Training is tailored to various learning styles and includes the following modalities: <\/p>\n\n\n\n Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Traditional in-person or virtual classroom style learning. Sessions include live demos, hands-on exercises, and time for questions. OGL is built directly into Oracle Cloud and is available any time you need help while working in the system. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Open Labs<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Office-hours style sessions that allow users to ask questions and practice hands-on with a subject matter expert. Open Labs are available both in-person and virtually. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) is an in-system adoption tool intended to aid in system training, adoption, and engagement of Oracle Cloud system transactions.
